Cape Fear Community College Welcomes You To New Student Orientation!
It's a big step and you don't have to figure it out on your own.
New Student Orientation is designed to help you discover the college resources and support with confidence. During orientation, you’ll discover important information and get answers to questions you may not even know how to ask yet. You'll also meet faculty, staff, and fellow students, who will be a part of your CFCC experience.
Orientation will cover:
Class registration guidance
Financial aid and payment options
Tools for academic success
Campus safety, student support, and student policies
Involvement opportunities beyond the classroom and student life activities
By the end of orientation, you’ll feel more confident to start strong in your first semester here at CFCC.

Questions & Answers
- Will there be check-in?
Yes, check-in will be held in Union Station (U) and will begin at 3:30 pm. Please see our campus map here and look for U on the corner of Red Cross and Front Streets.
- Where to park?
Parking will be available in the open lot, Student Lot #2, on the corner of Hanover St. and Front St. Please see the campus map here.
